1. Education, not advice

Everything on FORMABOX is educational content. We are not a registered dealer, adviser or investment fund manager. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, currency or crypto-asset, and nothing is tailored to your circumstances.

If you want advice about your own money, it has to come from someone registered to give it in your province and who knows your situation. That is not us.

2. No promise of results

We make no promise, guarantee or projection of profit, income or performance — none, at any price, in any course. Any figure you see on this site describes the price of the course, never the return on a trade.

3. You can lose money

Trading carries a real risk of loss, up to and including the full amount you put in. With margin or leverage you can lose more than you put in. Never trade money you need for rent, food, debt payments or anything else you cannot do without.

Published studies of retail traders consistently find that a large majority lose money over time. Buying a course does not move you out of that majority by itself.

4. Leverage, CFDs and crypto

5. Past performance and backtests

Past performance does not indicate future results. Backtested or simulated results are worse still: they are produced with hindsight, they carry no execution risk, no slippage and no emotion, and they are not a record of money actually made or lost.

Where a course shows a backtest, it is teaching a method — not evidencing an outcome you should expect.

6. Testimonials and screenshots

A testimonial describes one person’s experience and is not typical. We do not publish account screenshots, profit figures or “student results” as a sales argument.

7. What instructors may and may not say

Every creator published on FORMABOX agrees not to promise returns, not to present simulated results as real, and not to give individual advice to buyers. If you receive a message from someone claiming to manage money on our behalf, it is not us — report it to formabox.inc@gmail.com.

8. Regulatory status

FORMABOX is a seller of educational content. We are not registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers, any provincial securities commission or CIRO, and we hold no client funds. [Have counsel confirm this wording against the exact course contents — teaching becomes advising faster than most people expect.]

9. If trading is hurting you

Trading can become compulsive in the same way gambling does. If you are chasing losses, hiding trades, or borrowing to fund a position, that is worth taking seriously.
