Acceptable use & licence

This page and section 9 of the terms must match the licence each creator actually granted you. Have both read against the signed agreements before launch.

1. The licence you get

Buying a course does not transfer ownership of it. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch, read and use the material for your own learning, for as long as you hold it.

The course belongs to its creator. FORMABOX publishes it under a written agreement with them, and pays them a share of every sale.

2. What you may do

• Watch and re-watch it, on as many of your own devices as you like.
• Take notes, screenshots and transcriptions for your own use.
• Use the strategies, templates and scripts in your own trading, at your own risk.
• Keep your downloads after a course is retired from the catalog.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, rent, sublicense or give away the course or any part of it.
• Upload it anywhere public or semi-public — a Drive folder, a Telegram group, a forum, a torrent.
• Re-record, re-edit or repackage it, including as your own course.
• Remove or alter watermarks, credits or the creator’s name.
• Use it to train a machine-learning model, or feed it wholesale to one.
• Claim, imply or let others believe that you are affiliated with the creator or with FORMABOX.

None of this restricts quoting a short extract to review or criticise a course. Saying publicly that a course was bad is fair comment, and we will not chase you for it.

4. Account and link sharing

Your access link is personal. One buyer, one licence. Sharing it with a friend is not a grey area — it is the thing this section exists to prohibit.

[If you intend to enforce a device or concurrent-stream limit, state the number here. A limit written down before the sale is enforceable; one invented after a dispute is not.]

5. Using the site itself

• No scraping, crawling or bulk-downloading beyond ordinary browsing.
• No attempt to bypass payment, access controls or rate limits.
• No probing, scanning or load-testing without written permission.
• No uploading malware, or anything unlawful, through a form.

Found a security flaw? Report it to formabox.inc@gmail.com before disclosing it. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it.

6. How we enforce this

Proportionately, and in this order: a warning, then suspension of access, then termination. We take the step that fits what actually happened.

Termination for redistribution does not entitle you to a refund, and it does not stop the creator pursuing you separately for copyright infringement. Copies are watermarked. [Confirm this is true of your delivery setup before publishing the sentence — if copies are not watermarked, delete it.]

7. Copyright complaints

If you own content you believe is published here without permission, write to formabox.inc@gmail.com with the words “Copyright complaint” in the subject, and include:

1. Identification of the work, and of the page or course where it appears.
2. Evidence that you hold the rights.
3. Your name, address, phone and email.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised.

We acknowledge within 2 business days, and remove or disable access to anything we cannot show we had the right to publish while we look into it. Under Canada’s notice-and-notice regime we also forward your notice to the party concerned.

8. Reporting abuse
